If you sign up for a premium service, we will collect your payment information (e.g., Mobile Money or card details) to process transactions securely.

B. For Clients

When clients create an account, we collect:

  • Payment details (Mobile Money or bank account information)

2. How We Use Your Data

To Connect You with Opportunities

We use your information to connect blue-collar workers with job opportunities based on job category and proximity. For example, masons in Accra may be matched with nearby clients who need masonry services.

To Facilitate Communication

Your contact details help us send job alerts, application updates, and messages between workers and employers to ensure smooth interaction.

To Enhance Your Experience

We analyze usage data to improve app functionality, personalize your dashboard, and recommend relevant connections or opportunities.

For Marketing and Promotion

We may share success stories (e.g., successful job matches) on our social media channels to celebrate skilled workers and promote Jumalink. Personal details will only be shared with your explicit consent.

For Customer Support

We use data to assist users, resolve issues, fix bugs, and respond to complaints quickly and efficiently.

3. How We Share Information

With Employers or Clients

We share only relevant details such as your name, skills, and experience with potential employers when you apply for a job or express interest. Sensitive data is never shared without your permission.

With Service Providers

With Your Consent

Non-identifiable information is collected about your device in relation to dimensions, the device model, and os version among others to help with app optimization and bug fixes.

Access and Update Your Information: You may view and edit your profile details, preferences, and contact information anytime through the app.

Delete Your Account: You may delete your account, after which we will remove or anonymize your data unless required to retain it by law. You can submit a deletion request here.
